Delivery Information

1) Door-step delivery (except bulky items) shall be within Sri Lanka only (Excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply:

·         Monday to Saturday, Morning (9am to 12pm): LKR 250.00 within 7km radius*

·         Monday to Friday, Afternoon (12pm to 5pm):   LKR 300.00 within 7km radius

* Delivery will be made with in three business days after order.

* Unlike online marketplace that charged per item based, our delivery fee is charged per order based, there is also no limit of items per order.

* Day (9am to 5pm) delivery fee will be waived for each order value more than LKR 10,000.00

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and GALWALA market shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.
 

2) Customers will be allowed to select delivery time slots, after which our processing team will revert with the nearest available date of delivery. 

3) If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.
